Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required to secure your service. Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event or session. Payment: Full payment must be made at least 48 hours after the scheduled date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by Client: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event or session will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or session will be charged 50% of the total fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date will be charged 100% of the total fee. Cancellations by Roam Entertainment: If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or you may reschedule at no additional cost. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If your preferred date or service is fully booked, you can join the waitlist by submitting a request online. Notification: You will be notified via email or phone if a spot becomes available. Confirmation: Once notified, you have 24 hours to confirm your booking and pay the required deposit to secure the spot.
